Od pondělí 2. února 2026 (0:01 hod.) do odvolání budou změněny trasy autobusových linek 21 a 81. Zároveň bude zavedena nová autobusová linka 25. Důvodem je uzavírka ulice 28. října a úplná uzavírka ulice Na Karolině (demolice a výstavba nového mostu nad Ostravicí). Po dobu výluky budou tramvajové linky 10 a 13 zastavovat na zastávce Důl Zárubek.
